Framing to finish.

Metal-stud framing, drywall, ceilings, tile and finish trades — from medical facilities to national-brand storefronts. We read drawings closely and bring you the conflicts the moment we find them.

Owner-operated

SureLine is owner-operated, and we supplement our field capacity with insured trade partners when needed. SureLine remains fully responsible for the contracted scope, scheduling, quality control, safety coordination, and warranty.

Self-perform scope

The trades we carry

Numbered the way our bids are numbered — one crew, one contract, from layout to punch.

01

Metal-stud framing

The full spectrum of heavy- and light-gauge framing, interior and exterior — from walls to anything else the set calls for: full-height partitions, cantilevered soffits, dome and specialty ceilings.

02

Drywall & taping

Board of every type, hung at any height. Taping and finishing to the level the job calls for, corner bead and trims.

03

Acoustical ceilings

New installs and existing buildings alike. We work with all the major grid and tile brands, and handle repairs and patch-ins as readily as full ceilings.

04

Tile — floor, wall & shower

Large-format, mosaic, quarry and slate. Mud pans, linear drains, waterproofed assemblies, heated floors — commercial and residential.

05

Flooring & base

LVT and LVP, cove and specialty base, transitions that pass ADA.

06

Finish carpentry & millwork

Wainscot and chair rail, paneled columns, coffered details, counters, suspended soffits, cabinet and fixture sets.

07

Doors & hardware

Hollow-metal and wood doors, slabs and prehung units, frames, casing and trim of all profiles. Hardware of every kind — manual, electronic, keypads, closers and accessories.

08

Fixtures, equipment & graphics

Retail fixture packages, racks, walk-in box assembly, FRP systems, wall graphics and signage — the last mile of a brand set.

Track record

From medical facilities to storefronts

SureLine crews have framed, hung, tiled and trimmed across multiple states — healthcare, schools and offices, national retail, and craft-grade residential.

Craft-grade baths & kitchens

Master baths, kitchens and fireplaces — the tile and carpentry homeowners photograph and neighbors ask about.

How we bid

The number comes with receipts

Most subs send a lump sum and hope. We send the paper trail that lets you defend the buyout.

Takeoff

Nothing wasted — your material or our time

Dedicated estimators quantify every line before we mobilize, backed by the latest estimating and takeoff technology. Material gets ordered right the first time, and the schedule holds.

Conflict log

We flag the drawings' problems

We read the set closely, and conflicts or omissions come to you with sheet references while there's still time — not at rough-in.

Unit prices

Scope growth has a pre-agreed number

A published unit-price schedule rides with every proposal, so changes are priced before mobilization, not argued after.

Allowances

Billed only as used, backed by tickets

Named allowances with stated triggers. Unused money stays yours — and the paperwork proves it either way.

Occupied-space discipline

Built around open doors

Your doors stay open and your business keeps running. We work around your hours, your customers and your staff, and find the arrangement that fits — whatever the space and whoever's in it.

  • Phased mobilizations in the base bid — dirty work, fixture phase, post-paint return
  • Daily open/close coordination with facility and store management
  • Protection and dust control priced in, not extra'd in
  • OSHA silica compliance — HEPA-vac cutting on our own work
  • Merit-shop labor, straight time, day shift — night and weekend rates published up front
